
Kanye West promises his estranged spouse Kim Kardashian can not show he wrote the scathing social media posts about her and boyfriend Pete Davidson, thus it can not be used as evidence in their messy divorce battle.
According to legal docs received by TMZ, West’s attorneys say the messages are hearsay and inadmissible in courtroom.

The argument would seem odd, as earlier this month West wrote that he was using “accountability” for his social media rants about Kardashian.

West, who is now on his 3rd attorney, has fought Kardashian’s ask for for a divorce.
The former “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star filed for divorce from West in February 2021. They also share sons Saint, 6, and Psalm, 2.
